Holotrop™ események

Itt találhatók az Európában (beleértve Oroszországot és Törökországot) rendezett „holotrop események”. Itt megtalálható az összes esemény, illetve szűkíthető a keresés holotrop műhelyek, Grof Transzperszonális képzési modulok, vagy más, transzperszonális pszichológiával és pszichoterápiával kapcsolatos előadások és konferenciák szerint.

Dátum, helyszín és facilitátor alapján is lehetőség van az események között keresésre.

A holotrop légzés műhelyeken a légzést mindig párokban végezzük, így a folyamatot a légzésműhelyen résztvevők légzőként és ülőként is megtapasztalhatják (bővebben: Holotrop légzés a gyakorlatban). A műhelyeken lehetőség van a holotrop légzés elméleti hátterével is megismerkedni egy, a műhely kezdetén elhangzó bevezető előadás keretében. Ez sokaknak további segítséget nyújt abban, hogy a légzés során felmerülő élményeknek teljesen át tudják adni magukat.

A légzések száma a műhely hosszúságától függ. Általában 2-4 naposak és hétvégén kerülnek megrendezésre, de vannak 4-6 napos tematikus műhelyek (workshopok) is, melyeken az elméleti ismereteket lehet elmélyíteni, illetve további, mélyebb megtapasztalásokat biztosítanak.

A Grof Transzperszonális Képzés (GTT) moduljai a négy légzés mellett (kettő ülőként, kettő légzőként) mélyebb betekintést nyújtanak a holotrop légzés elméletébe és gyakorlatába. Ezeken a modulokon bárki részt vehet, előzetes holotrop légzés tapasztalat nélkül is. A modulok látogatása lehetőséget nyújt a holotrop facilitátor képzés (GTT) elvégzésére is.

Ezen kívül transzperszonális pszichológiával kapcsolatos előadások, konferenciák és online események is megtalálhatók az események között.
