Debbie Byrne

About

Debbie is a certified Holotropic Breathwork practitioner. 

She began her holotropic breathwork journey in 2002 and joined the Grof Transpersonal Training in 2004. Debbie was born in Dublin, Ireland in 1965. 

She graduated with an honours degree in psychotherapy in 2007 and completed a post graduate in Integrated bodywork in psychotherapy in 2009. 

She is also a qualified supervisor and works in private practice in Dublin. Debbie is passionate about Holotropic Breathwork and supporting people on their journey of recovery and discovery.

Holotropic Breathwork/ drum building - Westport Ireland September 26-29

Prior to delving into the profound practice of holotropic breathwork, each participant will have the opportunity to craft their own drum. These drums will boast a diameter of approximately 30cm with from timber frames adorned with deer skin and cotton string. Preceding the drum-making endeavor, shamanic journeys will guide us in connecting with the essence of the drum and our inner selves.
