Alessandra Spagnoli

Alessandra is an Italian GTT Certified Facilitator and Licensed Trauma Trained Practitioner dedicated to the art of healing and exploring expanded states of consciousness. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Psychology. Her life's journey, marked by years of transformative world travels in her youth and the profound experience of motherhood, inspired her to create compassionate spaces where individuals can embark on paths of self-discovery and growth.

Alessandra integrates globally recognized trauma-healing methods, including Somatic Experiencing® and NARM®. She also holds advanced credentials in psychedelic integration from the Iceers Academy and is co-founder of Lifedelic, a training ecosystem for psychedelic therapy. Through Holotropic Italy, co-founded in 2018, she organizes the GTT training in Italy and facilitates modules and Holotropic Breathwork workshops.

Alessandra is also a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and visual artist. She is the creator of the Mirror Deck and AleTarox Deck and co-founder of Applebee Design SAS, a digital graphics company specializing in 3D design.

Her holistic approach integrates Polyvagal Theory and trauma-trained somatic practices, breathwork, bodywork, SE Touch®, and nervous system regulation, empowering clients to reconnect with their inner resources and transform their experiences. Alessandra creates a welcoming space for healing and growth, offering guidance in both English and Italian to support individuals on their journeys with warmth and care.
