Sitara Blasco è una psicologa laureata presso l'Università di Valencia, in Spagna, con studi di specializzazione in psicoterapia gestaltica e psicologia integrativa. Ha completato il programma SAT di Claudio Naranjo (Enneagramma). Il suo background include anche sciamanesimo, meditazione, tecniche orientate al corpo, recitazione e terapia con il clown.
Ha iniziato la sua formazione in Holotropic Breathwork nel 1998 ed è stata certificata nel 2002. Da allora, fa parte del corpo docente di Grof Transpersonal Training e ha facilitato workshop e formazioni in Messico, Irlanda, Francia, Ucraina, Turchia, Croazia, Austria, Polonia e Spagna. Dal 2003, organizza in collaborazione con Juanjo Segura il programma spagnolo di GTT. Lavora come psicologa ad Alicante. È particolarmente interessata a insegnare, facilitare e guidare stati di coscienza espansa secondo il Paradigma Olotropico.
Sitara Blasco is a psychologist from Valencia University, Spain, with master studies in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Integrative Psychology. She has done the Claudio Naranjo SAT program (Enneagram). Her background also includes shamanism, meditation, body-oriented techniques, acting, and therapeutic clown.
She began her training in Holotropic Breathwork in 1998 and was certified in 2002. Since then she has been part of Grof Transpersonal Training teaching staff and has facilitated in workshops and trainings in Mexico, Ireland, France, Ukraine, Turkey, Croatia, Austria, Poland, and Spain. Since 2003 she co-organized (with Juanjo Segura) the Spanish GTT program. She works as a psychologist in Alicante. She is particularly interested in teaching facilitating and sitting in expanded states of consciousness under the Holotropic Paradigm.

Durante il workshop di sei giorni, ogni partecipante potrà fare esperienza di due sessioni di Respirazione Olotropica come respirante, o colui che fa l'esperienza, e due sessioni come partner, o "sitter". Oltre alle sessioni di respirazione e agli argomenti trattati (sopra citati), durante il workshop ci saranno momenti dedicate ad arte, musica, danza, film e integrazione. Questo è uno dei quattro moduli obbligatori per diventare un facilitatore certificato di Respirazione Olotropica. Per partecipare al modulo non è necessario avere già esperienza con la Respirazione Olotropica. È richiesta la compilazione di un breve modulo confidenziale sullo stato di salute. Se desideri proseguire con la formazione del Grof Transpersonal Training, questo modulo è uno dei quattro obbligatori richiesti.

This module offers an exciting exploration of the philosophy, principles, and strategies underlying the experience and practice of Holotropic Breathwork®.
Topics included:
1. Origin of Holotropic Breathwork.
2. Holotropic Principles and Holotropic Strategy.
3. The Inner Healer.
4. Cartography.
5. Perinatal Matrices.
6. COEX Systems.
7. Therapeutic mechanisms operating in Holotropic Breathwork.
During the course of the six-day workshop, each participant will experience two sessions of HB as an experiencer, or "breather", and two sessions as a partner, or "sitter". Besides the breathwork experiences and the topics covered (described above), there will be art, music, dancing, film, and integration during the workshop.
This is one of the four mandatory modules to become a HB certified facilitator.
To participate in the module it is not necessary to have previous experience in Holotropic Breathwork. It is required to complete a brief confidential medical form.

Cancellation Policy
Il deposito non è rimborsabile ed è di 200 euro. In caso di cancellazione della tua partecipazione, puoi utilizzare il resto in un altro modulo GTT in Italia o possiamo restituirlo sul tuo conto.
Otherwise the cancellation fee is always EUR 200,- for a GTT module.
If you cancel the module within 30 days before the course, the course fee will not be refunded, but could be applied to any other module or workshop with the Holotropic Association Austria (minus the cancellation fee).
Cancellation or non-attendance, even with registration 5 days before the retreat start, will result in a 100% retention of the total amount, and hotel costs must be covered.
If you cancel the workshop more than a month in advance the total amount minus 200- EUR cancellation fee will be refunded.
If the organization should cancel the event due to any reason, the entire amount paid for the course will be refunded to the participants. Please note: The organisation will not take any responsibility for any additional expenses the cancellation may cause to the participant such as for example travel expenses.
