Dogodki Holotropnega dihanja
Tu najdete "Holotropne dogodke" po vsej Evropi (vključno z Rusijo in Turčijo). Ogledate si lahko vse dogodke ali filtrirate svoje iskanje po delavnicah Holotropnega dihanja, Modulih Transpersonalnega usposabljanja po Grofu (Grof Transpersonal Training - GTT) in drugimi, kot so predavanja in konference o transpersonalni psihologiji in psihoterapiji. Poleg tega lahko iščete dogodke po datumu, lokaciji in / ali moderatorjih.
Delavnice holotropnega dihanja vam ponujajo priložnost, da izkusite holotropno dihanje kot dihalec in varovalec (glejte: Kako deluje holotropno dihanje?). Delavnice ponavadi ponujajo uvod in nekaj teoretičnega prispevka o holotropnem dihanju in omogočajo globoko izkušnjo pri raziskovanju lastnega notranjega sveta in psihe med dihanjem. Večina teh delavnic je delavnic za konec tedna in traja od 2 do 4 dni, odvisno od števila seans. Nekatere delavnice so osredotočene na temo in dajejo nadaljnji teoretični in izkustveni prispevek. Običajno trajajo dlje (4-6 dni).
GTT moduli omogočajo - tako kot delavnice - globoko notranje doživljanje in ozdravitev s pomočjo 4 seans s holotropnim dihanjem in dajejo nadaljnji prispevek k teoretičnemu in praktičnemu okviru Holotropnega dihanja. Odprti so za vse in ne potrebujete nobenih poprejšnjih izkušenj s holotropnim dihanjem. Poleg tega GTT moduli ponujajo možnost, da prehodimo pot in postanemo GTT certificirani terapevt/moderator Holotropnega dihanja.
Drugi dogodki vas obveščajo o konferencah in predavanjih o transpersonalni psihologiji in psihoterapiji ter govorih in spletnih dogodkih na to temo.
