Holotropic Breathwork and the Spirit of Cacao -retreat

Welcome to enjoy the warmth of cacao and the miracles of breathwork during the darkest time of the autumn in Holotropic Breathwork and the spirit of Cacao -retreat! This full board retreat takes place in beautiful archipelago, with wooden sauna and swimming possibilities. On Friday we will have cacao-ceremony where we can open to ourselves with high quality ceremonial cacao, sound meditation, dancing, singing and soft tantric practices. On Saturday we will continue the inner journey with two breathing sessions, in which each participant will be breathing in one session and sitting for the breather-partner in one session.
