Holotropic Breathwork week-end - Italy, Monzambano - 25/27th October, 2024

This workshop will take place at agriturismo Atman, a peaceful and magic venue built to host holistic events, situated in north Italy, near Garda lake.

Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the amazing venue and its nourishing Italian food and to experience one session as breathers and one as sitters in a safe, warm and non-judgmental setting. No experience is necessary, an in-depth explanation for first time breathers will be given prior to the event. 

Sunday morning there will be time for integration practices. The workshop will be held in Italian with English translation, if needed.

  • Starts on Friday 25th October at 20.00 with opening circle and introductory talk
  • Saturday 26th - two Holotropic Breathwork sessions and sharing circle
  • Finishes on Sunday 27th October at 13.00 after integration practices and closing circle

Price

Fee: 290 Euros

It includes the cost of the workshop, 2 nights accommodation in shared room, all materials, meals and coffee breaks.

Cancellation

A deposit of 80 euros is required upon registration. In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the event, the deposit will be fully returned.

Holotropic Breathwork® Association of Europe – a Network of GTT certified Holotropic Breathwork® Practitioners in Europe – is providing information and support for people interested in exploring the healing potentials of Holotropic Breathwork®, as well a platform for exchange and learning for GTT (Grof Transpersonal Training® certified Holotropic Breathwork® Practitioners.

Holotropic Breathwork®

®



Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful technique for self-healing and self-exploration allowing for greater self-understanding, expansion of self-identity and access to the roots of emotional and psychosomatic challenges one might face. Holotropic Breathwork® comes from the Greek words ‘holos’ (whole) and ‘trepein’ (going to) meaning moving towards wholeness.





Training

GTT is a program for experiencing and studying Holotropic Breathwork® and the transpersonal perspective. It is a two-track program that can be used either to become a certified practitioner or simply to experience this practice in a more in-depth format. It is the best way to spend time with HB co-developer and one of the founders of transpersonal psychology, Stanislav Grof. Although semi-retired, Stan still teaches at some of the six-day training workshops, also called modules.
