Follow the call – Secrets of Psychedelic Integration

4 day intensive with one day lecture by Tomek Kwiecinski and double holotropic breathwork session

The psychedelic renaissance has been in full swing for several years now. Scientists are exploring more new uses for consciousness-altering substances in therapy and medicine, the media is publishing screaming headlines, Netflix is spinning more series, and more and more therapists and psychiatrists are rubbing their hands with the idea of breakthrough treatments for the most difficult problems.

Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of people from around the world are experimenting on their own. Even with professionally conducted sessions in expanded states of consciousness, an additional, sometimes very large effort is needed during integration. With independent experiments, sometimes in suspicious places and with suspicious people, without knowledge of expert work with the body and emotions, without cartography of the psyche and skills for crisis intervention - this need is even greater.

This workshop is therefore primarily intended for mental health professionals who would like to learn to support people in closing these intense experiences. At the same time, we also warmly invite people who would like to use these skills on their own, helping themselves and giving guidance to friends who may need it but do not want to seek professional help. The only requirement is to have at least 1 experience in expanded states of consciousness, either with psychedelics or Holotropic Breeathwork. We believe that in order to master the art of integration well you need to have your own deep dive, so we offer the workshop in a unique formula:

Day 1 - we start with an all-day lecture By Tomek Kwiecinski, author of the book Follow the call – theoretical model, tips, case studies

Day 2&3 - double Holotropic Breathwork session - an intense experiential process, which will take us deep into the journey. This method, created by Stanislav Grof as a legitimate substitute for psychedelic therapy, produces effects that are very similar to working with substances.

Day 4 is all about Integration, learning how it all looks in practice: we start with an early morning Sweatlodge/Temazcal - ancient ritual for purification. During the day we will integrate our own sessions and support others under the guidance of the facilitators in a safe space, resolving difficulties that arise and sharing doubts.

We draw on our years of experience in supporting people both during intensive processes, immediately afterwards, and much later, both helping them recover from traumatic experiences and reaping all the fruits of beautiful sessions.

NOTE! The four-day workshop is not a substitute for years of psychotherapy school. We will not have enough time to teach certain issues, so this workshop alone does not entitle you to work therapeutically with other people - it is an important addition on a very specific issue.

We are also not able to teach comprehensive work with the most difficult cases - rather, we will focus on learning to recognize when is the time to refer them to a more competent person.

There will be no psychedelics used in this retreat.
