Holotropic Breathwork
This double Holotropic Breathwork workshop allows for self-healing and self-exploration as well as accessing the roots of emotional and psychosomatic challenges one might face. During this workshop two breathwork sessions (one as a breather and one as a sitter) will allow you in a very safe setting to access expanded states of consciousness, in which your own wisdom connects with your inner healing and inner transforming power. This healing wisdom guides the experiences towards those aspects which carry a charge, and are ready to be processed or integrated. Holotropic Breathwork might be of interest if

Schedule
We start on Thursday, with registration from 16:30 pm to 18:00 (with introduction for the first time breathers) and close on Sunday around 1 pm.
Thursday evening: Opening Circle, getting to know each other, collage making and introduction to Holotropic Breathwork.
Friday and Saturday: four breathwork sessions: two times “breathing” and two times: “sitting”. Integration will happen through artwork, sharing (as much or as little as you like) and body movement. Information on integration and self-care will be given.
Sunday: sharing and closing circle and practical information on integration.
The workshop will be held in English with translation to German if needed.

Workshop costs including plentiful coffee breaks with snacks:

Single room: €92,-(+ die taxe 1,50) p.P./Night - full board

Please be aware that we only have a very limited number of single rooms available that will be distributed in the order of application! Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we can provide accommodation in a single room for you.

Hotel Friedrichshof is located in Austria right between Airport Vienna and Airport Bratislava (Slovakia). By car it is a 30 min drive from either airport.
We also will share with you an online transfer list, which you receive as soon you are registered. Please insert all your relevant travel information there. We will support you then in organising car sharing opportunities or shared taxis and will inform you about the easiest and cheapest travel option 2-3 days before the Module starts.
Coming by train: From Vienna City Center as well as from Bratislava (Bratislava-Petrzalka) there are also a regular train connections to Zurndorf Bahnhof which takes 50 minutes either way. From Zurndorf you need a taxi to get to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is € 50,- any time you cancel the workshop.
If you cancel the workshop within 30 days before the starting date, the whole workshop amount will not be refunded, but after deducting the € 50,- cancellation fee it could be applied to any other workshop or Module during the following 4 years (with Holotropic Association Austria).
If you cancel the workshop more than 30 days in advance the total amount (minus the 50 Euro cancellation fee) will be refunded.
If the organisation is cancelling:
If the organisation should cancel the event due to any reason - for example Covid-19 restrictions - the entire amount paid for the cancelled event will be refund to the participants.
Important: The organisation will not take responsibilities for any additional expenses the cancellation may cause to the participant, as for example, travel expenses (flight tickets, car rental, etc.)
