Double Breathwork Weekend Workshop in Italy - May 4th-7th 2023



At the Agriturismo Pianconvento http://www.pianconvento.it/ , surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the fields, meadows, and woods of the hills in Romagna, we are hosting a 4-day Holotropic Breathwork seminar. 

This seminar is approved to complete the GTT online training modules and is open to both first-time breathers and those new to Holotropic Breathwork. 

On Thursday afternoon, we will focus on preparing for the breathing sessions through body contact exercises and group or partner work. Friday and Saturday will be dedicated to the Holotropic Breathwork sessions. On Sunday morning, we will focus on integration and bringing the group together for a final closing. 

*This workshop is recognized as a supplement to the GTT Virtual Modules.*
