In this 1.5-day workshop you get the basic information about Holotropic Breathwork and it allows to dive in self-healing and self-exploration as well as accessing the roots of emotional and psychosomatic challenges one might face. During this workshop two breathwork sessions (one as a breather and one as a sitter) will allow you in a safe setting to access expanded states of consciousness, in which your own wisdom connects with your inner healing and inner transforming power. This healing wisdom guides the experiences towards those aspects which carry a charge, and are ready to be processed or integrated.

Dieser Workshop gibt Dir die Möglichkeit eine erste Erfahrung mit holotropem Atmen zu machen. Du kannst die heilsame Wirkung des Atems, der Selbsterforschung und Selbstheilung in einem sicheren, gut betreuten Rahmen erleben. Während dieses Workshops finden zwei Atemsitzungen statt. Eine erlebst du als Atmende, eine als Begleiter. Beide geben Dir die Möglichkeit zu erfahren, wie sich erweiterte Bewusstseinszustände anfühlen und welches Potenzial in ihnen steckt. Der Zugang zu emotionalen und psychosomatischen Beschwerden wird erleichtert und spürbar gemacht. Das Erleben des eigenen inneren Heilungspotenzials ermöglicht Spannungen abzubauen und neue Lösungswege zu erkennen. Zum Abschluß werden wir verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Integration des Erlebten erfahren.

Getting to know each other, introduction to Holotropic Breathwork, creative work to tune in.
The workshop will be held in German with an English translation if necessary and is non-residential. However, there is the option of staying overnight on site.
All participants agree to be present for the entire duration of the workshop (Friday and Saturday); we do not offer an option for partial participation.
Saturday
9:30 a.m. – approx. 10:00 p.m
Two breathing sessions (once as a “breather”, once as a “sitter”) enable entry into the deeply healing and transformative power of expanded states of consciousness.
An initial integration of the breathing experience through painting mandalas or writing, sharing circle (as much or as little as you want) and movement takes place afterwards. Information on integration and self-sufficiency.

Kennenlernen, Einführung ins Holotrope Atmen, kreative Arbeit zum Einstimmen.
Der Workshop wird auf Deutsch mit ggf. englischer Übersetzung gehalten und ist non-residential. Es gibt allerdings die Möglichkeit vor Ort zu übernachten (siehe Seminarort).
Alle Teilnehmer willigen ein, während der gesamten Zeit des Workshops (Freitag und Samstag) anwesend zu sein; wir bieten keine Option zur partiellen Teilnahme an.
Samstag
9:30 – ca. 22:00 Uhr
Zwei Atemsitzungen (einmal als „Breather“, einmal als „Sitter“) ermöglichen den Eintritt in die tief heilende und transformative Kraft erweiterter Bewusstseinszustände.
Eine erste Integration der Atemerfahrung durch Malen von Mandalas oder Schreiben, Gesprächsrunde (so viel oder so wenig, wie jede/r möchte) und Bewegung findet im Anschluß statt.

Cancellation
The cancellation fee is €50 at any time.
If you cancel the workshop, the total amount (minus €50 cancellation fee) will be refunded.
If the organisation should cancel the event due to any reason the entire amount paid for the cancelled event will be refund to the participants.
Important: The organisation will not take responsibilities for any additional expenses the cancellation may cause to the participant, as for example, travel expenses (flight tickets, car rental etc.)
Die Stornogebühr beträgt zu jedem Zeitpunkt € 50,-.
Wenn Du den Workshop stornierst, wird der Gesamtbetrag (abzüglich € 50,- Stornogebühr) zurückerstattet.
Sollte der Veranstalter den Workshop aus irgendeinem Grund absagen, wird den Teilnehmern der gesamte für die abgesagte Veranstaltung gezahlte Betrag zurückerstattet.
Wichtig: Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Verantwortung für etwaige zusätzliche Kosten, die dem Teilnehmer durch die Stornierung entstehen, wie z.B. Reisekosten (Flugtickets, Mietwagen usw.).
