Double Holotropic Breathwork in Italy - Monzambano, 21/24th November
This workshop will take place at agriturismo Atman, a peaceful and magic venue built to host holistic events, situated in north Italy, near the Garda lake.
Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the amazing venue and its nourishing Italian food and to experience 2 sessions as breathers and 2 as sitters in a safe, warm and non-judgmental setting. No experience is necessary, an in-depth explanation for first time breathers will be given on the first day.
Sunday morning there will be time for integration practices. The workshop will be held in Italian with English translation, if needed.
- Starts on Thursday 21st November at 4.00 pm with opening circle and introductory talk
- Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd - two Holotropic Breathwork sessions + sharing circle per day
- Finishes on Sunday 24th November at 13.00 after integration practices and closing circle
