Holotropic Breathwork Workshop in Budapest 16 - 18 July 2021

The workshop will be held in the Hungarian capital, Budapest. The group will be supported by an experienced international GTT facilitator team. Likewise, we expect participants from several countries. The workshop will be held in English with Hungarian translation. During the workshop you have the opportunity to experience the adventure of self-discovery in a true human community. Holotropic Hungary is deeply committed to creating a safe space where people are not risking their physical and emotional well-being and integrity. Regarding the ongoing pandemic we will cancel the workshop ONLY if the government puts new restrictions into effect that make it impossible to organize the event complying GTT (Grof Transpersonal Training) quality standards. In case of cancellation we will fully refund any prior payments.

We ask participants who are coming from outside of Hungary that please gather information about the travel restrictions from either this link or from the Hungarian embassy in your country.

Please contact us, if you feel strong calling, but your financial situation is inadequate (such as students and unemployed).

We will cancel the workshop ONLY if new governmental restrictions might be put into effect that make it impossible to organize the event complying GTT (Grof Transpersonal Training) quality standards. In this case we will notify people and reimburse the participation fee, but we will not cover costs stemming from cancellation of flights, accomodation deposits, etc.

In case you're coming by train or by plane please feel free to contact us via e-mail (holotropic.hungary@gmail.com) and we'll help you to organize your travel to the venue.

A week before the workshop we'll launch an online car sharing so participants may come together.

Cancellation Policy

The workshop has limited spaces. If you decide not to participate please let us know as soon as possible, so others can join to breathe.

If you submitt the registration form in case of cancellation (except for travel restriction due to pandemic covid 19) you accept the following cancellation policy:

  • The workshop has limited spaces. If you decide not to participate please let us know as soon as possible, so others can join to breathe.
  • Cancellation fee is 30 EUR that will be charged in case of cancellation till the early bird deadline.
  • Cancellation fee is half the amount of the workshop fee and it will be charged in case of cancellation after the early bird deadline.
  • In case you don't come to the workshop and there's no prior cancellation the participation fee will not be refunded.

Holotropic Breathwork® Association of Europe – a Network of GTT certified Holotropic Breathwork® Practitioners in Europe – is providing information and support for people interested in exploring the healing potentials of Holotropic Breathwork®, as well a platform for exchange and learning for GTT (Grof Transpersonal Training® certified Holotropic Breathwork® Practitioners.

You can either look at all events or filter your search by Holotropic Breathwork® Workshops, Grof Transpersonal Training® Modules and others such as lectures and conferences on Transpersonal Psychology and Psychotherapy. Holotropic Breathwork®

®



Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful technique for self-healing and self-exploration allowing for greater self-understanding, expansion of self-identity and access to the roots of emotional and psychosomatic challenges one might face. Holotropic Breathwork® comes from the Greek words ‘holos’ (whole) and ‘trepein’ (going to) meaning moving towards wholeness.





Training

GTT is a program for experiencing and studying Holotropic Breathwork® and the transpersonal perspective. It is a two-track program that can be used either to become a certified practitioner or simply to experience this practice in a more in-depth format. It is the best way to spend time with HB co-developer and one of the founders of transpersonal psychology, Stanislav Grof. Although semi-retired, Stan still teaches at some of the six-day training workshops, also called modules.
