Holotropic Breathwork® Integration Workshop: 18th - 20th August
This is a special Holotropic Breathwork Workshop for seasoned holonouts, who would like to deepen the depth of integration and understanding (in the broader sense of the meaning) of your holotropic journeys so far. It can be your holotropic work done through Holotropic Breathwork, psychedelic therapies, shamanic journeys, spiritual emergencies...This HBW, with a combination of powerful integration activities and holotropic experience, offers the opportunity to close yet another circle in the infinite spiral of growth and self exploration.
On
Friday morning, we start with the usual Opening Circle, continuing with
the reflection and meditation on the accomplished holotropic work. In
the afternoon, the first holotropic breathwork follows...
On
Saturday, we start the day again with reflection to the
holotropic work done so far, followed by another holotropic breathwork in the
afternoon...
Sunday is entirely dedicated to additional integration activities.
We
ask you to bring your mandalas, holotropic journals and all
additional recordings of your holotropic journeys and the holotropic work as a whole, on which you would
like to put an emphasis at this workshop.
This workshop offers one experience as a breather and one as a sitter.

The Holotropic Breathwork® workshop takes place in the Velosimed Center, in a beautiful setting below the mighty Kočna mountain.
The workshop behind thick stone walls gives a sense of security, while the surroundings with beautiful nature and Kokra river, provide quality and necessary relaxation... A small group gives you additional safety and opportunity for deep work with plenty of integration practice.

Early bird price: €200 (valid if you register 15 days before the start of the workshop)

Travel Details
It is very easy to get to Center Velosimed in Kokra valley. It is located only 22 km from Ljubljana International Airport, Kranj railway station, and highway E61, connecting Ljubljana and Salzburg. Everything is close, yet distant enough not to disturb the serenity of the place. We can pick you up from the Airport or Kranj railway station.
Cancellation
If you cancel the workshop within 15 days before the starting date, the whole workshop amount will not be refunded, but after deducting the €70,- cancellation fee it could be applied to any other workshop during the following 4 years.
If you cancel the workshop more than 15 days in advance the total amount (minus the 70 Euro cancellation fee) will be refunded.
if the workshop is canceled by the organizer, the full fee is refunded.
