About
My journey with Holotropic Breathwork began with a two-year spiritual enrichment course in Ireland, where I encountered the writings of Stanislav Grof. His work deeply resonated with me, sparking a desire to explore the vastness of consciousness he described. I had the good fortune to train extensively with both Stan Grof and Tav Sparks over the following decade, learning directly from these pioneers about the profound possibilities within Holotropic Breathwork.
In a group setting, I experienced an intimacy and depth of human connection that nourished me profoundly, fulfilling a longing for genuine presence and shared discovery. Now, I feel called to create spaces where others can also experience this reconnection, to offer a setting that invites them to feel truly at home within themselves.
This practice has been my gateway to reconnecting with the deepest parts of myself, touching a space I had always intuited was there. Holotropic Breathwork has taken me around the world—from beautiful locations in upstate New York, California, and New Mexico, to workshops across Europe, including Austria and Spain, and as far as Tasmania. These experiences, both as a participant and a teacher, have enriched my understanding and deepened my commitment to this work.
