Sociologist, Yoga-Teacher, coming from the field of social and cultural studies, where human nature is tried to be understood from an objective point of view, I have experienced the subjective approach through Holotropic Breathwork the first time in 2015 and walk the path of self-healing since.
With Yoga I have found my personal practice to integrate experiences of the psyche into the body.
As daily work I teach Yoga and host events in my Studio in Basel, Switzerland – gardening, nature immersion and traveling complete the Ikigai.. ;-)
