This Winter Solstice we'll dive together into the Unknown rediscovering the Self.
Dieser Workshop ermöglicht es Dir, durch spezielle Atemtechniken einen erweiterten Bewusstseinszustand zu erleben. In einem sicheren und unterstützenden Rahmen bietet sich die Möglichkeit zur Selbstheilung und Selbsterforschung. Erlebe eine Sitzung als Atmende/r und eine als Sitter in einer sicheren, warmen und inklusiven Umgebung. Vorkenntnisse sind keine erforderlich, eine ausführliche Einführung wird am ersten Abend gegeben. Der Workshop wird in Deutsch gehalten und bei Bedarf ins Englische übersetzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Studio zu übernachten.
This Workshop allows for experiencing expanded states of consciousness in a safe and supported setting that can offer the possibility for self-healing and further self-exploration. Participants will have the opportunity to experience one session as breathers and one as sitters in a safe, warm and inclusive setting. No experience is necessary, an in-depth introduction will be given the first evening. The workshop will be held in German with English translation, if needed. It's possible to stay overnight at the venue.
