Jyoti is a certified Breathwork and Yoga teacher with extensive training in transformative body- and consciousness-based practices.
She has since completed numerous trainings, including Conscious Connected Breathwork, Rebirthing and Tetra Breathwork as well as several Holotropic Breathwork modules (Grof Transpersonal Training®️ and will participant as an apprenticeship. She is also trained in different yoga styles and further expanded her skills in Tantra, Hypnotherapy, Sound Massage, and the Triple Vagal Method®️.
Her personal journey of leaving behind pressure, external expectations, and unhealthy patterns deeply shapes her work today. Jyoti guides people in Breathwork sessions, yoga classes, and retreats, supporting them in discovering their inner strength, releasing blockages, and courageously creating a life that feels authentic and free.
Her passion lies in exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness and their immense healing potential, bringing together scientific understanding, experiential wisdom, and heartfelt presence in her practice.
