Holotropic Breathwork®
Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful, natural and unique way to experience extraordinary states of consciousness in a safe environment. It can lead to the healing of past emotional or physical trauma, reduction of anxiety and stress, relief from symptoms of depression, expression and release of emotions, and creative inspiration.
Many people also report that it helps them connect with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in their lives, as well as a greater sense of authenticity in their daily lives.
The process itself uses very simple means: it involves a combination of deep and rapid breathing, evocative music and focused bodywork to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. With the eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This state activates the natural inner healing process of the individual’s psyche, bringing him or her a particular set of internal experiences. With the inner healing intelligence guiding the process, the quality and content brought forth is unique to each person and for that particular time and place. While recurring themes are common, no two sessions are ever alike.
Workshop in Berlin
The Workshop starts with a welcome meditation and an introduction to the theory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork®, offering a chance for people to ask questions and to get to know each other.
The Breathwork sessions take place in pairs. When one partner breathes the other will sit and in the next session the roles are reversed. Sessions last approximately three hours. After each breathing session there is time to capture the experience through mandala drawing. During the group sharing sessions the participants are free to share as much or as little as they wish. The workshops are set up to create a deep sense of support and safety for participants, which facilitates the exploration of consciousness and deeper levels of awareness.

- Friday 24. January 2025 7:00pm - 9:30pm: opening circle
- Saturday 25. January 2025 11:00am - 10:00pm: breathwork sessions
- Sunday 26. January 2025 2:30pm - 5:30pm: integration time
The number of participants is limited.
The workshop will be held in english / german with translation in either direction.
This is not a residential workshop but if you come from somewhere else we are happy to help to find accommodation.

With a deposit of 100€ (bank transfer) the place is reserved.
The remaining payment of 100€ (early bird) or 130€ please bring on the Friday evening at the beginning of the workshop or transfer it at the latest 8 days before the opening circle.
Your place will be confirmed after you have completed the registration and medical forms and paid the deposit or the full amount for the workshop.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel the workshop up to 8 days before the workshop, we will transfer the money back to you. Cancellation within the 8 days before the workshop, we can only refund the money, if we can fill your spot...
