Wydarzenia holotropowe™
Tu znajdziesz wydarzenia związane z Oddychaniem Holotropowym organizowane na terenie Europy (włączając Rosję i Turcję). Możesz przejrzeć je wszystkie lub wyszukać warsztaty Oddychania Holotropowego, moduły Treningu Transpersonalnego Grofa, a także wykłady i konferencje z zakresu psychologii i psychoterapii transpersonalnej. Wydarzenia możesz też przeglądać wg daty, miejsca lub/i facylitatora.
Warsztaty dają szansę doświadczenia Oddychania Holotropowego w roli oddychającego i sittera (zobacz: Jak działa Oddychanie Holotropowe?). Rozpoczynają się zwykle wprowadzeniem i ramą teoretyczną metody, a w dalszej części pozwalają na głębokie doświadczenie wewnętrznego świata i własnej psychiki podczas sesji oddechowych. Zdecydowana większość warsztatów trwa od 2 do 4 dni, a ich długość zależy od ilości sesji. Niektóre warsztaty koncentrują się na danej tematyce, poszerzając wiedzę i praktykę z konkretnego zakresu. Trwają zwykle dłużej (4-6 dni).
Moduły GTT, podobnie jak warsztaty, pozwalają doświadczyć głębokich wewnętrznych przeżyć i uzdrowienia poprzez 4 sesje oddechowe, a także poszerzyć wiedzę teoretyczną i poznać ramy pracy z Oddychaniem Holotropowym. Otwarte są dla każdego i nie wymagając żadnego doświadczenia w pracy z oddechem. Oferują jednocześnie możliwość wejścia na ścieżkę certyfikowanego facylitatora Oddychania Holotropowego GTT. Pozostałe wydarzenia to konferencje i wykłady dotyczące psychologii transpersonalnej i psychoterapii oraz przemówienia i webinaria.
