A combination of holotropic breathwork with shamanic energy work.
The theoretical part Friday evening gives an introduction to holotropic breathwork and the shamanic energy work. It serves as a preparation for the experiential work on Saturday and Sunday. This theoretical part can be attended individually.

The ocean and the deep sea played an important role in my academic formation and my basic research.
Afterwards I opted for the family and - thanks to various teachers - I could broaden my perception of health and illness beyond the classic world view of natural science. That led to a formation as natural therapist, with focus on homeopathy and anthroposophical medicine.
Then even more was calling, and I ventured into the shamanic-energetic experience.

Price
The workshop is priced at CHF 300. For registrations one month prior to the workshop an early bird price of CHF 270 applies.
The rate includes a light vegetarian meal on Saturday.
Accomodation is not provided for. We offer the possibility to bunk on mattrasses at the venue for CHF25/night (incl. breakfast) or will glady assist you in finding appropriate outside accomodation.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations after the early bird date and up to one week before the workshop we will charge 50% of the workshop fee. Later cancellations will be charged at 80%, if there is no other participant taking the open space.
