A combination of holotropic breathwork with shamanic energy work.
The theoretical part Friday evening gives an introduction to holotropic breathwork and serves as a preparation for the experiential part on Saturday. This theoretical part can be attended individually.

Price
The workshop is priced at CHF 300. An early bird rate of CHF 270 applies for registrations before February 3rd, 2018.
Both rates include a light vegetarian meal on Saturday.
Accomodation is not provided for. We offer the possibility to bunk on mattrasses at our place for CHF25/night or will glady assist you in finding appropriate outside accomodation.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations after the early bird date and up to one week before the workshop we will charge 50% of the workshop fee. Later cancellations will be charged at 80%, if there is no other participant taking the open space.
