Double Holotropic Breathwork Workshop And Perinatal Journey Through Film With Holly Harman 25 - 28 June 2020

The workshop will be held at the natural, yet easily accessible Regina Mundi Monastery in Érd, in the suburbs of Budapest. Besides the double breathwork setting on the first day of the event there will be a perinatal journey through film led by Holly Harman. The group will be supported by an experienced international GTT facilitator team. Likewise, we expect participants from several countries. The workshop will be held in English with Hungarian translation. The beauty of nature deepens all the preparation, the breathwork experience and the initial integration. In this setting you have the opportunity to experience the adventure of self-discovery in a true human community. Besides the "Double Breathwork" format (participants experience two sessions as breather two sessions as sitter) we're happy to announce that Holly Harman will give a "taste" of the holotropic experience along a chosen topic. Due to the intense interest and the limited number of places, if you want to register, please do it as soon as possible by filling out the registration form here: (the form is safe and encrypted, along our data management protocol we strictly comply GDPR guidelines)
