One Day Breathwork Workshop.
February 15th -2020. Stavanger. Norway.
We will be holding 1day workshop at Speiliet, professional dance floor in Tou Scene. A cultural centre for musicians and artists in Stavanger. Facing the beautiful city fjord with spectacular sea views. One breathing session per participant. Friday the 14th of February we will have a free intro talk to anyone interested in the Holotropic Paradigm. Saturday the 15th the former workshop will start a 9:30 AM.
WORKSHOP
Friday 14th February :
Introduction & Theory ,from 18:00 - 20:30.
A free evening event, open to everybody interested in the Holotropic Paradigm, although mandatory for first-time breathers.
Saturday 15th of January:
Holotropic Breathwork sessions x 2 ( one session as a breather and one as a sitter)
9:30 am – 20:30pm ( estimated time)
This is not a residential workshop but if you come from abroad we are happy to help you to find accommodation.
Limited spaces.
The workshop will be held in English, with Norwegian if needed.
