We would like to invite you to take a "time-out" from everyday life, to "throw off the ballast", to come to rest and to reconnect to your centre in silence, to relax and reflect on your own strength, your own essence and the deep connection to the WORLD and that which holds us together: LOVE and COMPASSION. This is an opportunity to EXPLORE, rediscover and reorient your own feelings, needs, visions and passions through transformation and integration of old issues in the encounter with YOUR SELF, OTHERS and the ONE.
The EXPLORATORIUM offers you a ritualized, protected and safe framework and at the same time a free and wide space in which you - alone and together with others - can explore an inner and outer PROCESS, which brings you into contact with your LIGHT AND SHADOW sides, your lived and perhaps not yet lived inner being impulses and self parts and your natural liveliness, your CORE of BEING, that what we call the MOVEMENTS OF THE MIND.
The four days of the EXPLORATORIUM will take place in relaxed and concentrated silence. MEDITATION in the style of Zen will support your process. HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORKTM will bring us into contact with our deepest core. It is a profound, proven, self-organizing and processual path through a non-ordinary state of consciousness to explore, transform and develop towards wholeness. Every person will have the opportunity to breathe holotropic at least once and to accompany the breather once. The sharing round offers the opportunity to share and express what has been experienced. Additional processing, if necessary, and the promotion of the integration of the experienced for everyday life takes place in the CIRCLE.
Experience in Holotropic Breathwork is not required. All people who feel addressed are very welcome.

Time & Location
December 9 - 12, 2021
We start on Thursday, December 9, at 18.00 (6 p.m.) and close on Sunday, December 12, after lunch at about 14.00 (2 p.m.).
Important: Please plan your travel arrangements accordingly so we can start on time. Participation obliges you to be present until the end of the workshop.
The venue Gut Sedlbrunn is a beautiful and detached estate, surrounded by horses, nature and silence. A place to meet and to come to yourself. It is an hour's drive from Munich and 40 minutes from Augsburg. The next train station is Aichach, from here it is 14 km to Gut Sedlbrunn.
We are happy to help you with the planning and organisation (carpooling, taxi etc.) of your arrival and departure. Please indicate when registering or inform us in time.
Costs & Payment Details
Participation fee for HB Workshop
- Regular participation fee: 420 €
- Early Bird participation fee by registration and payment until November, 7th: 380 €
Participation should not fail due to financial reasons, therefore in justified cases a reduction of the participation fee or partial payment is possible to a limited extent. The costs for accommodation and meals are excluded from this. Please contact me in time to find an amicable solution. The participation in the workshop is binding with the registration (see below) and timely deposit of 100 €.
Costs for accommodation
Accommodation is in single or double rooms with private bath/toilet or with shared bath/toilet. The rooms will be allocated in the order of registration, according to preference and availability. The price includes accommodation in the desired room category and full board including coffee breaks. Drinks are charged according to consumption, except coffee/tea during breaks and for breakfast.

Please note: The costs for accommodation will be paid separately and directly in the seminar courtyard before departure (cash/EC).
Registration & Medical Form
To register please request the registration form by email or simply reply to contact.
With the receipt of the registration form you will be informed whether a place is free and reserved for you for 24 hours. If so, we ask you to send us the completed and signed documents scanned by e-mail within this time and to transfer a deposit of 100 €. With this your participation is binding.
The registration for the workshop becomes binding with the confirmation of registration. It obligates the participant to pay the participation fee by bank transfer at least one week before workshop begins - unless otherwise agreed in writing - or in case of short-term registration before the workshop begins.
With the registration confirmation the participant will receive further information about the event and what to bring along. The invoice with confirmation of participation will be issued at the end of the event.
Medical Form
The approaches and methods used & combined in this course, such as Intensive Deep Breathing (Composite Breathing) / Holotropic BreathingTM, bodywork and others, can lead to altered & extraordinary states of consciousness and body and therefore require a stable mental and physical constitution and health, which will be checked and confirmed in advance by the participants by filling out a medical questionnaire and signing it. The participants expressly declare their willingness to confirm this to the best of their knowledge and belief and not to withhold any information regarding their state of health.
Contraindications are for example indicated in case of pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure etc., current surgical operations and fractures, orthopaedic diseases such as osteoporosis etc., eye diseases such as glaucoma etc., neurological diseases such as epilepsy etc., diagnosed psychiatric diseases, asthma and others. In case of current or past diseases or uncertainty and in case of questions, please contact me before registration.
COVID regulation
Each participant is responsible for him/herself and his/her actions. This does not release us from caring for the other participants. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the number of participants is limited to the places with the prescribed minimum distance. The 3-G rule applies to participation: Tested, Recovered or Vaccinated. The participants are obliged to undergo a self-brought rapid test every day, as well as to comply with the legally prescribed hygiene rules. The seminar room is additionally equipped with a high-quality air purifier (with virus HEPA filter). All other measures are in accordance with the current regulations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of participation in the workshop after registration by the participant does not release him/her from the payment of the participation fee and accommodation costs at Gut Sedlbrunn. Up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the start of the workshop, the workshop costs will be refunded minus a handling fee of 50 €. After that, only if one participant is replaced or if the full number of participants is reached by moving up from the waiting list etc.
