Double breathwork in Kunbabony, Hungary - 20-23rd November 2025
We wholeheartedly invite you to this 2.5-day Holotropic Breathwork workshop.This workshop will take place in Kunbabony, in a peaceful and magical venue built to host community-centered events, situated an hour away south of Budapest. The retreat helps you get out of the day-to-day activities, the accelerated city life and focus on ourselves, which is often a challenge for many of us next to the pile of work, family duties and many unconscious habits. Come and experience meeting your inner healer while experiencing expensed state of consciousness in a safe and supported setting!
The number of participants is limited to 16 persons.
All participants agree to staying for the whole workshop (from Thursday to Sunday); we do not offer an option for partial participation.
The workshop will be held in Hungarian with English translation, if needed - depending on the participants’ country of origin..

SCHEDULE
We start on Thursday at 5:00 pm and close on Sunday after lunch around 1 pm. (ending times could vary)
Thursday evening: Opening Circle, getting to know each other, soul collage and introduction to Holotropic Breathwork.
Friday and Saturday: four breathwork sessions (two times “breathing”, two times “sitting”). Integration will happen through artwork, sharing (as much or as little as you like) and body movement.
Sunday: Sharing Circle and information on how to integrate the experience.
What is Holotropic Breathwork®?
Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful technique for self-healing and self-exploration allowing for greater self-understanding, expansion of self-identity and access to the roots of emotional and psychosomatic challenges one might face. Holotropic Breathwork® comes from the Greek words ‘holos’ (whole) and ‘trepein’ (going to) meaning moving towards wholeness.
Based on extensive research in psychiatric, psychotherapeutic and spiritual settings it had been developed by the psychiatrist and psychotherapist Dr. Stanislav Grof and his wife Christina Grof. It involves a combination of breathing, evocative music, focused energy release work and integration through art work and sharing. However, the healing and transformation powers develop solely through one's connection with the breath diving deep into non-ordinary states of consciousness such as meditative and mystical experiences allowing deep healing and self-empowerment.
Holotropic Breathwork® provides access to expanded states of consciousness, in which your own wisdom connects with your inner healing and inner transforming power. This healing wisdom guides the experiences towards those aspects which carry a charge, and are ready to be processed or integrated.
