Holotropic Breathwork Weekend in Víska village, June 26th - 28th, 2020

Once again we cordially invite you to a Holotropic Breathwork weekend workshop in the beautiful Bohemian village Víska.

This experiential workshop is going to take place in a historical farmhouse, located at the periphery of the Protected Landscape Area Kokořínsko. You can look forward to sharing circles at the fireplace, walks through rocky forests and sound sleep.

We will meet in a small group of no more than 8 participants. Accommodation is included.

Food will be "pot luck" style, with each participant contributing a dish of their choice. Simple dishes, prepared beforehand at home are preferable. A fridge and a wonderful kitchen with pots and pans, a stove and an oven will be available. Please bear in mind that we will be very busy during the whole weekend, and you will be unable to spend more than a couple of minutes to get your dish ready for serving.

Travel Details

The village Víska is located approximately 80 km north of Prague, and it takes roughly 1h15min to get there by car from the capital.

One could also take a bus from Prague to Mladá Boleslav and then continue to Víska, or alternativelly a train to Sudoměř, where we would pick you up with a car.

Car sharing within the group of participants is usually also an option.

Detailed travel instructions will be distributed prior to the workshop.
