If you are interested to explore your inner wisdom, you are welcome as you are to our Holotropic Breathwork Workshop.
Holotropic breathwork is a powerful technique that has been used since many years to access altered states of consciousness. The term holotropic comes from the Greek words *holos* and *trepein*, which means moving towards wholeness, It is a technique that helps you to discover and gain insights about your full potential.
These holotropic states are achieved through evocative music and a quicker, deeper breathing, supporting you in your journey for transformation. Each person's experience is different and individual. There is no "right" or "wrong" - you are warmly welcomed with whatever is present in your life at this moment.
This weekend you will have the chance to safely turn inward, connect with your inner wisdom, and embark on a journey of self-exploration and self-discovery. There will be two Holotropic Breathwork sessions, where you will experience one as a breather and one as a sitter.

- Friday: introduction & preparation | 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: practical sessions, Holotropic Breathwork | 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Sunday: integration & sharing | 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

accomodation
This is a non-residential workshop. However, you have the opportunity to stay overnight at the workshop location for 10€/night on a mattress in the breathwork room. If you are interested in this option, please let us know in advance.

Location
Payment Policy
- Early Bird: €220 (registration and payment until two weeks before the workshop)
- Regular Price: €240
The workshop fee includes a light dinner on Friday as well as coffee, tea and snacks for the whole weekend. Lunch on Saturday will be potluck style with each participant bringing his/her own food.
If the workshop is strongly speaking to you, but your financial situation is challenging at the moment, please reach out to one of us and we will find a solution together.
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation on your part, a fee of €50 will be charged (for cancellations within two weeks before the workshop).
- If the workshop must be canceled by the organizers, the full amount will be refunded.
- Unfortunately, the organizers cannot reimburse any incurred travel and/or accommodation costs.
