NOTE: This workshop is suited for those who want to explore the practice of

Holotropic Breathwork for their own personal development.

It also offers the opportunity to practice the 'role of the sitter' according to the

requirements of the Holotropic Breathwork training and, possibly, other

psychedelic-assisted therapy trainings.

Also, you need to contact Sonia Telle to set up a phone call as part of the

registration to participate in this weekend workshop.

ABOUT HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK

Holotropic Breathwork is a highly experiential work recommended for those interested in their personal and spiritual growth through deep inner exploration. Stan Grof’s basic concept is that the wisdom of our 'inner healer' will direct us and bring to our consciousness what is best and most healing for us at any given moment.

The workshop consists of Holotropic Breathwork sessions where the participants are lying on a mat with their eyes closed. Each person uses the power of their own breath and the evocative music of the room to enter an expanded state of consciousness (NOSC).

Such states activate our innate inner wisdom which will bring healing, release and/or insight for that particular session.

For this, we honor the 3 guidelines of any work with ‘Holotropic States’:

The preparation, the experience or session, and the integration of the experience.

The sessions are done in pairs. Each participant will experience being a breather and a sitter. Once the breathwork session is complete, the breather is invited to draw a mandala of their experience. This does not require drawing skills.

The sessions are then followed by a sharing circle where people can share their experience + a talk or practice of integration to support the content of the breathwork session.

FORMAT OF THE WORKSHOP: 2 Holotropic Breathwork sessions ( 1 as breathers and 1 as sitters, holding space).

The workshop consists of Holotropic Breathwork sessions with evocative music,

bodywork, mandala drawing, group sharing and a morning of integration practices.
