Holotropes Atmen
Von jeher wurden nicht alltägliche Bewusstseinszustände genutzt, um
Erkenntnisse des Seins zu erforschen. In einem sicheren Rahmen
ermöglicht das Holotrope Atmen das tiefe Eintauchen in solche Zustände.
Durch
Musik und Atem können innere Räume des Selbst erforscht, größere
Zusammenhänge des Lebens verstanden und tiefe Transformation erfahren
werden.
Das Holotrope Atmen ermöglicht den TeilnehmerInnen eigene Ressourcen
und Erkenntnisse zu finden und sich der eigenen Wahrheit zu nähern und
aus dieser heraus zu leben.
Zum Teilnehmen sind keine Vorkenntnisse nötig. Der Workshop wird auf deutsch sein, ggfls. mit englischer Übersetzung.

Freitag: Einführung & Vorbereitung 18:00 – 22:00
Samstag : Praktischer Teil, Holotropes Atmen 09:30 – 20:00
Sonntag: Integration & Sharing, 09:30 - 13:00

Es ist ein Workshop ohne Übernachtung. Aber wenn du von ausserhalb kommst helfen wir dir gerne bei der Suche nach einer Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.
Holotropic breathwork
Since the beginning of dawn mankind used non ordinary states of consciousness to explore the Self. The Holotropic Breathwork weekend offers a safe container to explore such states. The inner landscape of being can be discovered through the use of music and breath, bigger meanings of life can be understood and deep transformation can be experienced.
Holotropic breathing enables participants to find their own inner
resources,to gain insights and to find their inate truth and to live out
of it.
No prior knowledge is neccessary. The workshop will be translated into english if necessary.
Workshop
Friday: Introduction & preparation, 6:00- 10 pm
Saturday: Holotropic Breathwork 9:30am – 8:00pm.
Sunday: Integration & Sharing 9:30 - 1 pm
(ending times could vary)
This is not a residential workshop but if you come from abroad we are happy to help you to find accommodation.

CANCELLATION
Wir bitten um eine Anzahlung von 50€.
Bei Absage der Teilnahme bis zu zwei Woche vor Beginn des Workshops
wird das bereits bezahlte Geld vollständig zurückgezahlt. Innerhalb der 14
Tage vor dem Workshop werden wir dir das Geld zurückerstatten, wenn wir
den Platz füllen können.
We ask for a 50€ registration fee, that will be refunded if cancellation occurs before two weeks before the workshop. Within 14 days before the workshop we will refund you if we can fill the space.
