The workshop will be held at the natural, yet easily accessible Regina Mundi Monastery in Érd, in the suburbs of Budapest. The group will be supported by an experienced international GTT facilitator team. Likewise, we expect participants from several countries. The workshop will be held in English with Hungarian translation. The double breathwork residential format (2 sessions as breather, 2 sessions as sitter) besides the beauty of nature deepens all the preparation, the breathwork experience and the initial integration. In this setting you have the opportunity to experience the adventure of self-discovery in a true human community.
