We cordially invite you to join us to our first residential double Holotropic Breathwork workshop in 2017, which contains four breathwork sessions: two as a 'breather' and two as a 'sitter'. The workshop will be held at the natural, yet easily accessible Regina Mundi Monastery at Érd, near Budapest. The group will be supported by an experienced international GTT facilitator team. Likewise, we expect participants from several countries. The workshop will be held in English with Hungarian (and if needed German) translation. The double breathwork residential format besides the beauty of nature deepens all the preparation, the breathwork experience and the initial integration. In this setting you have the opportunity to experience the adventure of self-discovery in a true human community, spanning and transcending boundaries.
We have space for 20 participants. Due to the intense interest and the limited number of places, if you want to register, please do it as soon as possible by sending back the registration form and payment of deposit.
The workshop starts at Thursday 5 p.m. and closes on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Thursday: registration, introduction, opening circle, getting to know each other.
Friday and Saturday: two breathwork sessions each day (two as a „breather” and two as a „sitter”). Integration will happen through artwork and sharing.
Sunday: sharing, information on integration, closing ritual.

Érd is a suburb of Budapest. Easiest way to get there is through car sharing (we help participants to connect other participants who can offer a ride from Budapest).
If someone prefers to come with public transportation then he/she can come by train (railway timetable: https://www.mavcsoport.hu/en departure: Déli Pályaudvar, Arrival: Érd-alsó) or by bus (http://futar.bkk.hu/?map=13/47.501/19.053&layers=GSVB)
If you come from abroad then first you need to come to Budapest and from there to Érd. Budapest is well connected to almost all major European cities either you come by plane or by train or by bus.
From Budapest you can get to the workshop in less than half an hour (either by train or by car).
