From 25 to 29 June 2025, we are delighted to invite
you to a five-day residential workshop, nestled in the heart of the magnificent
Drôme mountains in France. This privileged natural and unspoilt setting is an
ideal environment in which to explore the foundations of transpersonal
psychology.
During this immersive experience, we will be focusing in particular on the perinatal matrices, a concept developed by Dr Stanislas Grof. These matrices offer an in-depth understanding of how our birth experiences, both biological and symbolic, influence our life course.
By recognising and integrating these layers within holotropic experiences, participants will have the opportunity to explore the existential onthological themes of inner conflict, transformation and the principle of death-rebirth.
During this stay, you will have the opportunity to experience 4 breathing sessions (you will breathe twice and accompany twice) as well as several moments of sharing and other experiential practices designed to deepen your process of inner exploration.
The workshop offers a safe, caring space led by experienced therapists and facilitators certified by Grof Transpersonal Training.
The course will be held for a group of 6 to 12 people and will be given in French.
Meals will be vegetarian and mainly made up of seasonal, local and organic produce.
PROGRAMME
Wednesday 25 June: Arrival and settling in between 4pm and 5.30pm
Introduction and preparation, 6-10pm
Thursday to Saturday: Holotropic Breathing, additional programme 9am-10pm.
Sunday 29 June: Integration and sharing 9.30am - 2pm
(end times may vary)
The workshop begins with dinner on Wednesday and ends with lunch on Sunday.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in a gîte d'étape located in the same hamlet, 3 double rooms available and the rest in dormitories.
PREREQUISITES
Before any definitive enrolment, a telephone discussion will take place on the basis of the form (attached document to be requested) which you will complete and return to me. This is an entirely confidential document, but it is necessary in order to determine whether there are any medical contraindications to this breathing technique, so that we can support you as safely as possible. As for the rest, this practice is aimed at both those who are used to it and those experimenting with it for the first time.

Euros 600 (deposit 250 euros on enrolment).

RATE FOR FULL-BOARD ACCOMMODATION
Euros 300 full board.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-refundable administration fee: 80 euros.
For cancellations up to one month before the event: full refund - administration fee deducted.
Cancellation within 30 days of the event: refund of 250 euros.
If cancellation is necessary due to illness or an important and unexpected event, we can reserve a place for you at a future event and we will retain your payment.
