1.5 day Holotropic Breathwork in Italy - 7/8th March, 2025

Presentantion on the evening of March 7th and workshop with 2 sessions on March 8th

Participants will have the opportunity to take part to the detailed presentation on the evening of March 7th and then practice with 2 sessions, one as breather and one as sitter, in a safe, warm and non-judgmental setting. No experience is necessary. The workshop will be held in Italian with English translation, if needed.

Starts on Friday at 19.30 with introductory talk (open to everybody)
Saturday - two Holotropic Breathwork sessions + sharing circle (only for registered participants)

THIS IS A NON-RESIDENTIAL WORKSHOP, BUT THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY TO SLEEP IN THE BREATHING ROOM (15 EUROS). The workshop will take place at Home L'Arte di Vivere holistic center located in Vago, Verona.
