Geoff is a dedicated Holotropic Breathwork practitioner and facilitator, trained extensively with Stanislav Grof and Tav Sparks. Passionate about consciousness exploration and deep human connection, Geoff creates spaces for others to reconnect with themselves. Their journey has taken them across the world, enriching their practice and commitment to this transformative work.

Sarah Hirigoyen

Sarah is a Certified Holotropic Breathwork Practitioner (since 2015) and an accredited BACP Adult Psychotherapist. She has worked in Mental Health for over 25 years and remains endlessly fascinated by Human Nature, Consciousness, Breathwork, and the immense possibilities we can achieve.

Paul McCormack

Paul has been facilitating Holotropic Breathwork since the early 1990s and has led workshops around the world, including here in Ireland. He has a deep belief in the healing and transformational power of Holotropic Breathwork—whether it brings about the resolution of old complexes, traumas, and behavioural patterns, or simply enhances personal creativity and vitality.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund terms apply:

Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the start of the workshop.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable.
