Tommaso Guarna

He was born in Florence in 1993 but grew up in the mountains, in a house surrounded by nature in the Apuan Alps. Musician, sound engineer, photographer and visual artist, after working for five years in music production studios in Florence, for the last ten years he has focused on inner work, personal development and the study of expanded states of consciousness, alongside his strong spiritual connection with nature.

He currently lives in Bologna, where he is studying to become a Bioenergetic Counsellor, with the aim of integrating this training with his apprenticeship in facilitating expanded states of consciousness and Holotropic Breathwork.(GTT)
