Eva Oswald was born and raised in a small village in Germany, Bavaria. In 2013 she moved to Salzburg where she feels most home in the mountains. After her studies in pedagogy at the University of Salzburg she works with children and adults. In 2019 she became a climbing teacher. Eva is currently in training to become a counselor and a climbing therapist.
In 2018 she discovered Holotropic Breathwork® which became a big part of her life since then. She did her certification in Holotropic Breathwork® in 2023.
She is passionate about self-exploration and to support others on their healing journey under the Holotropic Paradigm. Holotropic Breathwork® becomes a way of living for her and she wants to offer safe spaces where others can experience the healing potential this method can bring as it brought for herself. She is also a certified Facilitator in SoulCollage® which has become an important tool for integration and for support for her. Therefore she is planning to do workshops in Salzburg and also other countries.
