Andrea Košiarová

About

A former hip-hop dancer and yoga practioner with the University degree in the Psychology. The study of the breath and the purpose of the human life from both -the eastern and western perspective- and its connections brough Andrea to practice of the Holotropic Breathwork. Besides the transpersonal psychology studies and the practice of the HB she is studying and working with the different somatic approaches such as Body Mind Centering, Continuum Movement and cranio-sacral techniques.

She is the co-founder of the holistic home-like centre in Slovakia called SEN ZEME (The Dream of the Earth). The aim of the place is to bring the self-empowerment to the individuals and to the community. The worshops offer the integrative practices of the inner-work through the art and the somatic work - cooperating with different artists and somatic therapists.
