I am a psychologist and currently in training as a integrative body-oriented psychotherapist (IBP). I completed a in Psychosynthesis in 2023 and have been training as a facilitator in Holotropic Breathwork since 2018. Since 2022, I have worked as a psychologist in various psychiatric clinics in Switzerland.
My path has been shaped by diverse forms of self-exploration, including classical psychotherapy, psychosynthesis, holotropic breathwork, and shamanic practices, as well as a long-standing fascination with the human psyche and its interplay with the body.
Accompanying people through processes of growth and transformation is my vocation. In my work, I integrate psychological, body-oriented, and shamanic approaches as a pathway back to one’s inner nature and individual potential.
Alongside my professional work, I enjoy spending time in nature, cultivating rare and ancient vegetables and flowers in my garden, horseback riding, and engaging in mountain sports. Together with my partner, I run a winery as a creative counterbalance to my work as a psychologist, where my responsibilities include graphic design, marketing, and administration.
