Alessandra Spagnoli

About

Alessandra is an Italian practitioner deeply passionate about healing and expanded states of consciousness. A transformative trip around the world in her youth, combined with her later experience as a mother, shaped her compassionate approach to creating safe spaces for self-discovery and growth.

She is a certified Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator and transpersonal psychology practitioner, certified in Somatic Experiencing® (SE License: ID-No. IT23028) and NARM®, both internationally recognized trauma-healing methods. She also holds advanced specialization in psychedelic integration from the Iceers Academy. Alessandra organizes and facilitates Grof Transpersonal Training modules and Holotropic Breathwork workshops through Holotropic Italy, which she founded in 2018.

A certified Hatha Yoga teacher (CSEN License: No. D01974) and visual artist, she created the Mirror Deck and AleTarox Deck and co-founded Applebee Design SAS, a 3D digital graphics company.

Her integrative approach combines trauma-trained and polivagal theory-based somatic practices, bodywork, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help clients reconnect with their inner resources and transform their experiences. Alessandra works bilingually (in English and Italian) to guide individuals on their healing journeys with warmth and care.
