Sharon lives of the island Jersey with her husband, two grown up children and dog.

20 years ago, following a successful career in the finance industry, she decided to change paths and retrained as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. Thereafter she worked for many years in the mental health service in Jersey as a psychologist, supervisor and trainer before setting up her private psychotherapy practice. In 2020 she was awarded a Doctor of Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy.

Sharon has a deep interest in, and passion for, healing and the human potential for transformation and growth. She has worked with Shamans for many years and through this interest found her way to holotropic breathwork. After her first holotropic breathwork experience in 2016, she felt she had ‘come home’ and since then it has become an important part of her life, supporting her personally and professionally in her client work. The values, philosophy and compassionate attitude underpinning Holotropic breathwork resonate deeply with her personal values and how she works. She is a certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitator.

Double Holotropic breathwork in Jersey  - UK Thursday 22nd February to Sunday 25th February 2024

The workshop opens on Thursday evening with registration at 5pm, followed by dinner, opening circle and Introductory talk. 

On Friday and Saturday there are 2 breathwork sessions (one time ‘breathing’ and one time ‘sitting’) so all participants have an opportunity to breathe twice, with time for artwork, sharing and support if needed. 

We close on Sunday after breakfast with a closing circle and information on self-care and integration. All meals and refreshments are provided.

If this is your first Holotropic Breathwork experience I will arrange a conversation to answer any questions and to ensure Holotropic Breathwork is appropriate for you. 

3) Your place will be secured on payment of a non-refundable deposit of £100 

4) You can then book accommodation directly with the hotel, either through their website or by calling: +44 (0) 845 800 5555 5) The balance must be paid before 1st November 2023 for early bird rate or 12th January 2024 for normal rate.

Price

Cost: early bird price for the double breathwork is £425 if registered and paid before 1st November 2023, thereafter cost is £500.

Accommodation: accomodation is in the beautiful Greenhills Country Hotel. The rates for 3 nights are £244.80 for a standard room and £292.80 for a garden room, on either single occupancy or double occupancy.

Bookings must be made directly with the hotel and are payable on booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy: For cancellations up to one month before the event, fee paid less an administration charge of £100. If cancellation is necessary because of illness or unexpected significant events then I can hold a place for you at a future event, and I would retain your payment.
