Holotropic Breathwork weekend in Italy - 11/13th April 2025
This workshop will take place at agriturismo Corte Carezzabella, a beautiful agriturismo situated in north-est Italy
Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the amazing venue and its nourishing Italian food and to experience 1 session as breathers and 1 as sitter in a safe, warm and non-judgmental setting. No experience is necessary, an in-depth explanation for first time breathers will be given on the first day.
Sunday morning there will be time for integration practices. The workshop will be held in Italian with English translation, if needed.
- Starts on Friday 11th January at 20.00 with opening circle and introductory talk
- Saturday 12th - two Holotropic Breathwork sessions + sharing circle
- Finishes on Sunday 13th January at 13.00 after integration practices and closing circle

Agriturismo Corte Carezzabella is located in the luxuriant countryside between Venezia, Padova and Rovigo. It was originally born as a farm and fruit garden and they recently added the hospitality to their farm activity. Their products are used to prepare the meals and can also be purchased at the shop (bottega) located within the court. Our breathing room will be the charming and spacious old granary placed on the top floor of the main building.
Price
Contribution: 290 euros
It includes the cost of the workshop, 2 nights accommodation in shared room (2/3/4 people), all materials, coffee breaks and meals (Sunday lunch is optional)
Cancellation
A deposit of 80 euros is required upon registration. In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the event, the deposit will be fully returned.
