DOUBLE HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK WORKSHOP in Budyne, Czech Republic, 8 - 11 November 2018

We warmly invite everybody who is interested in Holotropic Breathwork™ to meet at the resort Perlová voda (Pearl´s Water) in Czech Central Highlands.

Holotropic Breathwork™ is a method of self-exploration. It is created from old shamanic traditions and modern depth and transpersonal psychology. The method is based on simple breath technique, combined with evocative music to reach expanded states of consciousness. Through this powerful technique we can get deeper understanding of our psyche and we might face and resolve the roots of emotionally and psychosomaticaly challenging situations in our daily lives. We can get in contact with the transpersonal level of our psyche and with our own inner healing capacities.

The seminar will be facilitated by people who are trained and certified by Grof Transpersonal Training™. Holotropic Breathwork™ is especially powerful due to an adequate preparation, a safe environment and support through focused energy release work on the physical level and the integration of the experience. The seminar starts with the opening-circle on Thursday evening, continues with two sessions of HB on Friday and Saturday (two as a sitter, two as a breather), the integration part and sharing at Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

The seminar starts with registration on Thursday 8th of November 2018, registration will be held from 18:30 till 19:30, the end of the meeting is on Sunday 11th  in early afternoon.

Dvůr Perlová voda is situated at the foot of the Central Bohemian Uplands in a picturesque landscape unmatched elsewhere in Central Europe. The range is a monumental manifestation of volcanic activity, and something mystic still lingers in its forms. Scattered regiments of volcanic formations, hills, tumuli and cones lie waiting for your visit, offering stunning views across the uneven landscape, dotted with ancient royal towns, ruined castles and country piles. You will find a region which has cultivated the vine and hop for centuries. There is nothing else like it in the Czech Republic. In addition, the Central Bohemian Uplands is the stage on which the oldest Czech legends are performed, so don’t lose a second - come and discover its secret wonders.

You can find our converted and renovated farm in the small village of Kostelec nad Ohří – about 4 km away from the nearby town of Budyně nad Ohří. The village’s most arresting feature is its church, consecrated to Saint Peter and Saint Paul and built by the Prague master builder Kilián Ignác Dientzenhofer. Just behind our farm, along the right bank of the Malá Ohře River is the Myslivna Nature Reserve – an unbroken, preserved network of marshes and riparian woods. Running beside the farm are several cycle trails and a web of marked footpaths, which will lead you away to many beautiful spots.
