Double Breathwork in BELGIUM 30st Nov - 3rd Dec 2017

Since the beginning of time expanded states of consciousness were used by seekers to find answers for the existential and meaningful questions of life.

Holotropic breathwork is a powerful and unique method to experience such on ordinary states of consciousness in a safe setting. It is a wonderful way of self discovery, healing and spiritual growth. Through intensified breathing and evocative music you reach an altered state of consciousness that brings you on a journey into your inner being.

The word „holotropic“ is derived from Greek roots and means „moving towards wholeness“. Psychiatrist Dr. Stanislav Grof and his wife Christina developed this method in the 1970ies.
It is based on 50 years of therapeutically working with expanded states of consciousness, modern psychology and consciousness research, and the study of old wisdom traditions.

More information on Holotropic Breathwork can be found on:
facebook: Holotropes Atmen mit Rachel

During a session one lays down on a mattrass with closed eyes. In a safe setting, guided by your breathe and carried from the music the natural process is activated. Different experiences from a biographical, perinatal, spiritual and transpersonal dimension are possible to unfold. Sensations, emotions, energy movements, visions etc might come to the surface during a session and find expression.
