Join us on the mysterious island of Samothrace for a therapeutic retreat 'Awakening the Inner Healer: When Consciousness Activates the Self-Healing Process'.
Join us for a five-day healing retreat comprising a double Holotropic Breathwork experience. This workshop will encourage participants to explore the depths of their souls, bodies and psyches in a safe, professionally facilitated environment. Participants will come into contact with their untapped resources, creativity, memories, family dynamics, unfinished traumatic experiences, and many other biographical and transpersonal aspects of their lives.
Holotropic Breathwork is one of the most powerful and effective self-exploration and transformation techniques to emerge from 50 years of research into the potential expansion of consciousness in the field of Transpersonal Psychology.
In many ancient traditions, sacred plants and rituals have been used to create holotropic states. In Holotropic Breathwork, individuals enter these profoundly transformative states of consciousness in a safe environment using only the power of their own breath.
This state is activated and directed by each person's own inner therapeutic wisdom, depending on their readiness, resistance or availability. The process is non-invasive and non-directional, driven entirely by the individual's internal healing intelligence and authority. The unconscious material that emerges is unique to each individual and has a strong transformational, therapeutic and unifying effect.
The word 'holotropic' indicates overcoming internal fragmentation and the sense of separation of the individual from their environment, themselves, and the whole. It is also a gateway to a spiritual path of unified existence.
The music sets will be converted to the natural frequency of 432 Hz.

Early bird: register and pay a deposit of €300 by 9 May 2026!
The cost (including accommodation for 3 nights and full board (3 meals/day) is €790 in a double room or €890 in a single room.
If you register after May 2025 (and if there are still places available), the cost will be €880 in a double room or €980 in a single room.
This will be a double breathwork workshop, so each participant will breathe twice and sit twice.
