Presentantion on the evening of Friday and workshop with 2 sessions on Saturday

Participants will have the opportunity to take part to the detailed presentation on the evening of March 7th and then practice with 2 sessions, one as breather and one as sitter, in a safe, warm and non-judgmental setting. No experience is necessary. The workshop will be held in Italian with English translation, if needed.

Starts on Friday at 19.30 with introductory talk
Saturday - two Holotropic Breathwork sessions + sharing circle

THIS IS A NON-RESIDENTIAL WORKSHOP, BUT THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY TO SLEEP IN THE BREATHING ROOM (15 EUROS) or search for nearby accommodations. The workshop will take place at Home L'Arte di Vivere holistic center located in Vago, Verona.
