FACILITATORS TRIBE GATHERING - 10/14th March, 2027

An opportunity to breathe, connect with the facilitators tribe and improve our facilitation skills through peer-to-peer feedbacks & best practices sharing.

This workshop is reserved to all certified facilitators and people soon-to-be certified who have attended the advanced module "Facilitation Processes" taught by Juanjo Segura.

In this workshop we will:

1) breathe and facilitate;

2) give each other constructive peer-to-peer feedbacks and share best practices to improve our facilitation skills and our capacity to hold space for others;

3) connect with other facilitators (perhaps also those you never met or worked with before) and - by so doing - strengthen relationships within the facilitators community;

4 and most important) eat some good Italian food and hang out with some of the coolest people you know (us facilitators).

The idea behind this workshop is to connect with the facilitators tribe, creating an opportunity to spend time together, to share our experience and learn from each other, and to create deeper relationships within our group.

PROGRAM (minor details to be confirmed):

• we will start on Thursday around 12.00 with registration, lunch, opening circle, organizational issues
• Friday and Saturday - two Holotropic Breathwork sessions + sharing circle + peer-to-peer feedbacks
• Sunday - integration practice, closing circle, feedbacks for future facilitators events. We will finish at 13.00 (or 14.30 if you stay for the optional lunch)

IMPORTANT INFO TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT:

There will not be a separate facilitators team running the workshop. All of us will cooperate to manage it (coffee breaks, preparing the breathing room, relaxations, mandala room etc) as we did in Certification Intensive. Each day we will define through drawing lots/lottery who will do what, making sure each of us will have the opportunity to breathe/sit/facilitate. Therefore your flexibility and willingness to cooperate will be much appreciated, as well as your ability to act from a "peer" position, whatever your experience in Holotropic Breathwork facilitation is.

Also, please be advised this is not a standard double breathwork setting. We will adopt a functional "operative" setting, which means that we will be required to fluidly shift role as breather/sitter/facilitator every session. Therefore the capacity to handle one's own process will be precious (although, of course, our mantra "support, support, support" will be honored as best as possible). If you do not feel safe or comfortable with this setting, please contact me and I will explain further, so then you can decide in full awareness if you want to attend.

THE VENUE: agriturismo Corte Carezzabella is located in the luxuriant countryside between Venezia, Padova and Rovigo. It was originally born as a farm and fruit garden. Their biological products are used to prepare the meals and can also be purchased at the bottega located within the court. Our breathing room will be the charming and spacious old granary placed on the top floor of the main building, while the mandala room will be located in the cozy stone-floored library. Max 30 spots available.

Nearest airports: Venice and Bologna, then train to Rovigo which is the nearest train station. From Rovigo train station 15 minutes taxi to the venue. Pick ups from/to Venice airport and Rovigo station will be organized by me close to the event date.

Payment Policy

Contribution: 490 euros. It includes 3 nights accommodation in shared room (2/3/4 people), mandala & breathwork rooms cost and materials, coffee breaks and all meals apart from Sunday lunch which is optional (28 euros). Only few single rooms available at additional 20 euros per night, please contact Monica if you want to reserve this.

A deposit is required (please see below) and further details to settle the payment will be supplied near the event date.
