Nature, peace & Holotropic Breathwork

Sessions will take place in a cozy wooden yurta situated in nature.

Participants will have the opportunity to take part to the detailed presentation on the evening of July 18th and then practice with 2 sessions, one as breather and one as sitter, in a safe, warm and non-judgmental setting. No experience is necessary. The workshop will be held in Italian with English translation, if needed.

Starts on Friday at 19.30 with introductory talk
Saturday - two Holotropic Breathwork sessions + sharing circle

Yurta Aldilà della Luna is a cozy wooden yurta located in the wild countryside of north Veneto. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the peace of the place, the nearby mountain river and the amazing nature surrounding the yurta.

THIS IS A NON-RESIDENTIAL WORKSHOP, BUT THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY TO SLEEP IN THE YURTA (15 EUROS) or in the nearby agriturismo (different options available, please contact me about this). Also, you can bring your own tent.
