Presentation and opening circle on Friday evening + 2 breathing sessions on Saturday

Participants will have the opportunity to take part to the detailed Holotropic Breathwork presentation on the evening of Friday and then practice on Saturday with 2 sessions, one as breather and one as sitter, in a safe, warm and non-judgmental setting. No experience is necessary.
The workshop will be in Italian, with German translation if needed.
- Starts on Friday at 19.30 with introductory talk and opening circle (ending around 21.30)
- Saturday - from 8.30 to 20.30, two Holotropic Breathwork sessions + sharing circle
Wanderlust is a beautiful holistic and yoga center in the very heart of Bolzano, in north Italy. The train station is 8-10 minutes walking. By car, you can park at: Parcheggio Bolzano Centro (SEAB); Parcheggio Luna-Mondschein; Parcheggio Piani (near train station).

I partecipanti avranno l'opportunità di conoscere la Respirazione Olotropica con l'accurata presentazione del Venerdì sera e di sperimentarla nelle due sessioni di Sabato, una come respiranti e una come sitter, in un setting sicuro, accogliente e non giudicante. Nessuna esperienza precedente è richiesta.
Il seminario sarà condotto in italiano, con traduzione in tedesco se necessario.
- Iniziamo il Venerdì alle 19.30 con la presentazione ed il cerchio di apertura (terminiamo intorno alle 21.30)
- Sabato dalle 8.30 alle 20.30, due sessioni di Respirazione Olotropica e cerchio di chiusura
Wanderlust è un bellissimo centro olistico e yoga situation nel cuore del centro storico di Bolzano. La stazione dei treni dista 8-10 minuti a piedi. Parcheggi auto: Parcheggio Bolzano Centro (SEAB); Parcheggio Luna-Mondschein; Parcheggio Piani (vicino alla stazione dei treni).

Contribution: 170 euros. It includes the cost of the workshop, materials and two coffee breaks. No deposit required, but please inform me swiftly if you change your mind :-)
