Marta Santuccio, organizzatrice di questo evento, & Holotropic Italy vi invitano alle pendici dell’ Etna per un ritiro di quattro giorni di Respirazione Olotropica. Un viaggio in stati espansi di coscienza, di esplorazione personale e profonda trasformazione, guidati dall’innata saggezza guaritrice che vive dentro ognuno di noi.

Questo ritiro è aperto sia a chi ha già familiarità con l'esplorazione della respirazione olotropica che a chi vuole muovere i primi passi verso questa potente via di consapevolezza. Qui troverete uno spazio creato appositamente per custodire e supportare il vostro percorso.
Il profondo lavoro personale viene sostenuto anche dal gruppo che diventa contenitore di condivisione dove la presenza di ciascuno sostiene il cammino altrui e le relazioni diventano uno specchio prezioso, amplificando il potenziale di trasformazione e la maturazione di ogni singolo partecipante..

COME SI SVOLGE IL RITIRO
Farai esperienza di 2 sessioni come respirante e 2 come sitter. Ognuna di queste offre moltiplici possibilità di auto-esplorazione. Inoltre, il workshop inizierà con una sessione di preparazione e si chiuderà con una sessione di integrazione, per iniziare a portare il tuo viaggio nel tuo quotidiano.
Giorno 1: Creazione del Contenitore Transpersonale
- 15:30 Arrivo e check-in ore: 15:30
- 16:30 Cerchio di apertura, introduzione teorica e preparazione (comprendente un'introduzione alla Respirazione Olotropica e alle possibilità che offre, la preparazione alle sessioni di respirazione, l'apertura al processo interiore e una prima pratica esperienziale per iniziare il viaggio).
Giorno 2 e 3: Doppio Respiro
Farai esperienza di 2 sessioni come respirante e 2 come sitter
Giorno 4: Integrazione e Chiusura
Una mattina di pratiche di integrazione per prepararsi all’uscita, chiusura cerchio e ultimo pranzo insieme (facoltativo).

CONTRIBUTO DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Il contributo di partecipazione è suddiviso in due parti: vitto e alloggio + quota seminario.
1) Quota del seminario:
Inclusivo di tutte le sessioni e materiali: 300€.
* Desideriamo che tutti possano partecipare al seminario di respiro a Catania, nessuno escluso! Questo è il primo seminario in Sicilia e il nostro sogno è che diventi una realtà consolidata in questa meravigliosa terra. 2) Quota vitto e alloggio:
La quota comprende tutti i pasti da giovedì cena a domenica colazione e alloggio per 3 notti (giovedì, venerdì e sabato) e in diversi tipi di camere (prezzi a persona):

- Quadrupla 210€
Nota: Eventuali richieste di menu specifiche (diverse da onnivoro/vegetariano) comportano un supplemento di 30 Euro.
ITER DI PRENOTAZIONE E ACCONTO

La prenotazione per il seminario sarà confermata con un deposito di 50€ da inviare all’ Agriturismo Passitti tramite bonifico bancario.
POLITICA DI CANCELLAZIONE
L’importo del deposito verrà rimborsato integralmente per cancellazioni fino a 15 giorni prima del seminario.
GTT TRAINING
Questo workshop è riconosciuto per il percorso di formazione GTT ed è valido per i crediti formativi.

Marta Santuccio, organizer of this event, and Holotropic Italy invite you to the slopes of Mount Etna for a four-day Holotropic Breathwork retreat. A journey into expanded states of consciousness, personal exploration, and deep transformation, guided by the innate healing wisdom that lives within each of us.
A PROTECTED AND SHARED SPACE OF TRANSFORMATION
This retreat is open both to those already familiar with the exploration of holotropic breathwork and to those who want to take their first steps toward this powerful path of awareness. Here you will find a space specifically created to hold and support your journey.
The deep personal work is also supported by the group, which becomes a container for sharing, where everyone's presence supports the journey of others and relationships become a precious mirror, amplifying the potential for transformation and the growth of each participant.

HOW THE RETREAT WORKS
You will experience 2 sessions as a breather and 2 as a sitter. Each of these offers multiple opportunities for self-exploration. Additionally, the workshop will begin with a preparation session and close with an integration session, to start bringing your journey into your daily life.
Day 1: Creating the Transpersonal Container
- 15:30 Arrival and check-in
- 16:30 Opening circle, theoretical introduction, and preparation (including an introduction to Holotropic Breathwork and the possibilities it offers, preparation for the breathing sessions, opening to the inner process, and an initial experiential practice to begin the journey).
Day 2 and 3: Double Breathwork
You will experience 2 sessions as a breather and 2 as a sitter.
Day 4: Integration and Closing
A morning of integration practices to prepare for departure, closing circle, and a final lunch together (optional).

PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee is divided into two parts: board and lodging + seminar fee.
Seminar fee: Inclusive of all sessions and materials: 300€.
- We want everyone to be able to participate in the breathwork seminar in Catania, with no exceptions! This is the first seminar in Sicily, and our dream is for it to become a consolidated reality in this wonderful land. Board and lodging fee:
The fee includes all meals from Thursday dinner to Sunday breakfast, and accommodation for 3 nights (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) in different room types (prices per person):

Note: Any specific menu requests (other than omnivore/vegetarian) require a 30 Euro supplement.
BOOKING PROCESS AND DEPOSIT
Fill out the online registration form, including the medical form.
The booking for the seminar will be confirmed with a 50€ deposit to be sent to Agriturismo Passitti via bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The deposit amount will be fully refunded for cancellations made up to 15 days before the seminar.
